Parkville Umpiring Pathway

Parkville Netball Competitions has an intensive umpire development program providing an excellent pathway and support network, taking an umpire from the novice to the experienced.

The levels of the umpiring pathway are Beginner Umpire, National C Badge, National B Badge, National A Badge, National AA Badge and International Umpiring Award.

Parkville is always looking to increase its umpire panel. Interested umpires are encouraged to contact us at info@parkville.netballvic.com.au.

Netball Respect : Green Bands Pilot

Umpires are the unsung heroes of Netball, ensuring fair play and good sporting behaviour. To ensure our Netball community is respectful and supportive, especially for our younger umpires, Netball Victoria is thrilled to introduce the ‘Netball Respect: Green Bands’ for Umpires Under 18.

This 8-week pilot will commence at the State Netball Centre starting 29 July, week two of the Spring Season. This will take place at Parkville Netball Competitions on Saturdays, Mondays, and Thursdays only.

This pilot is part of the consultation and trial phase, Netball Victoria will be collecting insights and data.
